Teenage girls don’t believe in fairy tales. Now it’s time for Elena to believe – in herself.

Review:

I received this book from Netgalley for an honest review. I just loved this story however, I am crying over the ending. You will have to read it to find out what happened. If you have read the Dragonriders of Pern by Anne McCaffrey and the Jennifer Scales by MaryJanice Davidson, you will enjoy this series. Adrienne has a similar style of writing that they do and left me wanting more. I didn’t want to stop reading, but my children needed feed.

Elena never knew about dragons or why her father kept them moving so much. She comes to understand about dragons. However, we do not find much about her life or her parents. Some questions are left unanswered. Just remember Elena is no damsel in distress and has qualities that most 16 year olds don’t anymore.
