She’s responsible and takes life too seriously
Susan Ethans is a model student: perfect grades, a dream scholarship, and a promising career ahead of her. But her grades alone aren’t enough to flirt with the hot guys on campus. She doesn’t want to end up being a wallflower, but there isn’t much she can do about it.
A vampire bites her
A madman bites her neck and drinks her blood. She tries to get away, but he drains her life away until she collapses.
She thinks she’s going to die, but she wakes up at an eccentric millionaire’s home. She feels healthy, renewed, and even smarter. Something is changing within her.
He has everything… except love
Nicholas Hill has power, money, and an English accent to die for, but he speaks like a man from the 19th Century. His notions of propriety and manners make him different to every other man in the world. Susan is instantly attracted to him and knows that he likes her, but something tortures his soul and doesn’t let him follow his heart.
Will an ordinary girl change a powerful businessman’s life, or will their personalities clash until they can no longer stand each other?
I instantly enjoy The Vampire’s Bite because of Susan. Susan is a curvy bookworm that wants a jerk of a guy. I don’t remember his name since it is not important. Susan works hard for everything she is doing but everything changes in an instant. She is bitten by a vampire, she doesn’t know it but everything changes right there.
Nicholas is a will to do business man, but he was not completely a man. He owns the company that Susan is hoping to work for after her scholarship. After Susan is bitten Nicholas saves her but he didn’t teach her anything. He keeps things to his self without giving her any hint about what is happening to her. Susan becomes a different person and enjoys it while still trying to live a life because she hadn’t really loved before. They both are attracted to each other but Nicholas tries to not act on it.
There is wit and snappy remarks that just made me laugh. Susan was someone I could relate with and enjoyed reading. Read it all in about 3 hours. Which is really quick for me. I reckon that I will buy this one next. It is one I will want to keep. Seems like it will be a series book also because of how it ended. Also it is only $0.99 right now before it is released.
